Booking Information 

    PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
    A $500 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold your space. Prices will increase by $200 on April15th, 2019. Full payment is due by June 15th, 2019.  Cancellations prior to  June 1st, 2019 will receive a refund of the payment minus the $500 deposit. No refunds after June 1st, 2019. If you cancel after June 1st, 2019 you forfeit all money rendered. This policy is firm. We reserve the right to cancel retreats, in which case all money paid will be refunded.

    LIABILITY RELEASE:
    I am responsible for my own personal safety and well being during the course of the retreat. I will not hold Kendra Thomas, Jenna D'Angelo, any staff member or Aqua Wellness Resort legally responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or other misfortune that may occur in connection with my participation during the retreat taking place at Aqua Wellness Resort in Tola, Nicaragua during August 28th - September 2nd 2019.

    PHOTO RELEASE:
    I hereby grant and authorize Explore and Restore Retreats the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for any promotional material including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, brochures, posters, submissions to journalists, advertisements, websites, social media and other print and digital communications without payment or any other consideration. By completing this form you agree to all of the above and understand the cancellation policy.
